This years fall edition under the title Transnational Aspects of Compliance is online by now. The edition focusses on the transfer of problems and ideas from the USA in connection with compliance. Social phenomea as well as the ecomonic policies are analysed in the contributions of our renowned authors. Finally, the series on the different national approaches to the criminal liability of associations with a view to Austrian law is continued.
